How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video from Two Photos

Step-by-step: upload two photos, buy a video credit, generate a ~15-second Hotel Lobby AI duet with Migos AI, then preview and download for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.

This guide shows how to create a Hotel Lobby AI video on Migos AI using two photos. You do not write a custom prompt: the orange booth, microphone, and choreography are already locked in the template.

What you need

  • Two photos (one for the left performer, one for the right)
  • JPG, PNG, or WebP, each up to 10 MB
  • A Migos AI account and at least one video credit
  • About 10–20 minutes of generation time (you can leave the page)

Step 1 — Choose two clear photos

Pick front-facing images with good lighting and an unobstructed face (or a clear character/pet subject). One subject per slot works best.

For better results, read Hotel Lobby AI photo tips.

Step 2 — Open the generator and assign left / right

On the homepage create section:

  1. Upload the left performer photo.
  2. Upload the right performer photo.
  3. Confirm both slots are filled before generating.

Photos stay on your device until you start generation.

Step 3 — Get a video credit if you need one

Pricing is a one-time purchase:

  • $8 — 1 video
  • $16 — 3 videos (~$5.33 each)

Credits do not expire. There is no subscription. If a job fails, that credit is returned. See pricing.

Step 4 — Generate and wait

Tap Generate. The job uses the Hotel Lobby motion template so gestures and timing stay consistent. Generation often takes 10–20 minutes. Closing the tab is fine — finished clips appear under My videos.

Step 5 — Preview, download, and share

When the status shows ready:

  1. Play the preview on the site.
  2. Download the MP4.
  3. Share to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

The clip is about 15 seconds in 16:9 landscape, designed to keep both performers in frame.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Blurry, dark, or heavily occluded faces
  • Multiple people in a single photo slot
  • Uploading images you do not have permission to use
  • Expecting freeform prompt control — this tool is format-locked on purpose
